(1). Central Working Committee (CWC) members including (but not limited to) all Branch Financial Secretaries under the Chairmanship of the Financial Secretary. The CWC shall work out details of budgetary incomes and expenditures and make recommendations to the Executive Council (EC) for consideration. Among other things, the CWC will meet between 9:00am and 12noon on any dates fixed for Youth
Action Conference meetings in every February/March and August/September.

(2). Youth Action Conference (YAC). The Youth Action Conference is a meeting of all branch Chairmen and Secretaries but can be attended by approved number of
members.  This consultative assembly will meet in every February/March each year at a venue to be announced and adequately publicized. Each affiliated branch will
sponsor a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 delegates which must include their Chairmen and Secretaries to the YAC.

(3). The Annual Conference (AC). All members are entitled to attend Annual Conference which is the only authority for Budget Approvals, Receiving Reports, Elections, Appointment of Auditors for the ensuing year, etc. Outside these, the Board of Trustees should be given power to consider and approve any decision or recommendations made to it by the Executive Council (EC).
