We, the members of AFRICAN YOUTH DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL, are non-profit
making and non-political organization, established for purely humanitarian purposes
do firmly and solemnly resolve to live in unity and harmony and to provide for
ourselves a Constitution and to be governed by the provisions therein contained.

DEMOCRACY
AYDC will designed youths potential to ensure that young women and men, too are not marginalized from political processes, but are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively participate in, and contribute to, the consolidation and strengthening of their democracies in every Africa State.
HUMAN RIGHTS
AYDC will adhere to the issues of Young people by discrimination and obstacles to the enjoyment of their rights by virtue of their age, limiting their potential. The AYDC human rights of youth therefore refers to the full enjoyment of fundamental rights and freedoms by young people. Promoting these rights entails addressing the specific challenges and barriers faced.
YOUTH POLICY
AYDC acknowledged this as an youths to endeavors and ensure all young women and men are given meaningful opportunities to each for one and reach their full potential, both as individuals and as active participants in society
